At The Tea Makers of London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your tea or teaware, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the tea remains in its original, vacuum-sealed packaging and that teaware is securely wrapped in its original box to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location; we recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our specialists have inspected the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
