We offer standard and express delivery across the UK, with free shipping on orders over a certain value. International shipping is also available to most countries; costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination.
Are your tea bags biodegradable?
Yes, our luxury pyramid tea bags are made from corn starch, making them 100% biodegradable and plastic-free. You can dispose of them in your food waste bin with peace of mind.
Can I return tea products if I change my mind?

How do I know the correct brewing temperature for my tea?
Each of our tea pouches and caddies includes specific brewing instructions. Generally, black teas require boiling water (100°C), while delicate green and white teas are best brewed at lower temperatures (70°C-80°C) to avoid bitterness.
